Fitness Center: Rock Wall

As the construction was in the works for the fitness center, we had the pleasure of working with another great company, El Dorado Climbing. El dorado Climbing designs and manufactures rock climbing walls that are made from glass fiber reinforced polymer. The company is based out of Colorado and was founded in 1991. The climbing walls that they construct are custom and designed to fit any environment such as gyms, homes, offices, and universities. El Dorado can also provide artisanal aspects to their walls that can match any theme their customer desires. Currently, they are working on a patent called Kinetix Action Towers that are designed to be free standing and offer multiple climbing courses for people to try.

During the construction at the fitness center, the rock-climbing wall was designed to be inserted on a wall across from the hydraulic system that leads to outside. The rock wall is vertical and allows for two people to climb at a time. There is enough space around the rock wall for a landing pad in case of a fall.

Working with El Dorado went smoothly and there was constant communication during the whole process of obtaining the rock wall from ordering the product to shipping and delivery.
