Fitness Center: Hydraulic Door

There are many people and businesses we worked with while we were working on the Fitness center. One of those businesses was CrownDoors LLC. CrownDoors is based in Minnesota and is known for their use of hydraulics for custom architectural windows and doors. Each of these doors have panels that close with 1,000+ pounds of force from the hydraulic cylinders in their products. They are equipped with a mounted power unit, an awning for protection from the weather and sun, and include a manual lowering system in the case of a power failure.

Our customers at CDA National requested a single-swing hydraulic system in matte black for their fitness center. Upon arrival on a flatbed, the door was easy to install and it overlooked the beautiful lake of Coeur d’ Alene Idaho. Right outside the door was an extended grassy area for additional workout space.
